Information collected
Enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, organisation, enquiry type and the details you choose to provide. Your consent, source page, submission time and reference are recorded. Do not submit identity documents, banking information or confidential documents through public forms.
Purpose and storage
Enquiries are stored in ShoshoSwift’s private PostgreSQL database on this server and appear in an administrator-only inbox. They are used to review and respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing. Enquiry records and inbox notifications are removed after 90 days by application maintenance. Investor notes, permissions and audit events are retained for relationship management and accountability; contact the team about retention or deletion.
Google sign-in
Google verifies your identity using your email, name and basic profile. We store your Google identifier, account information, access permissions, expiry and relevant activity. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts. Google may process identity information outside South Africa. New accounts require approval before accessing private material.
Private documents and security
Documents are stored outside public serving and checked against account and document permissions on each request. Account or document access can be revoked. Copies previously downloaded cannot be recalled. Logins, document access, permission changes and administrator actions are audited. Private notes are visible only to administrators.
Cookies and your choices
The public site has no optional analytics or advertising trackers. Google sign-in uses a ten-minute state cookie and an eight-hour secure, HTTP-only session cookie. See the cookie disclosure. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or further information about your records, quoting an enquiry reference where available.
